Move around the drawing and see the structure of the trolley and the different parts of the structure. Here you can clearly see how the technique provides the highest capacity and consistent results.
The trolley can be used for all crop types grown in Europe.
Drying requires hot air and Turbodan uses a high-quality 700 kW / 1000 kW boiler that provides high capacity in all conditions.
If needed you can emty the Turbodan from small outlet in the back. It is possible to emty the Turbodan fast by opening the rear gate.
The moist crop is typically loaded into the dryer from a front loader or similar. Drying can be started as soon as the entire floor area is filled.
When the trolley is full, program the maximum firing temperature and desired final water percentage (temperature). The agitator system ensures that the crop is turned 6 times per hour during drying. This ensures consistency throughout the load. When the programmed end temperature is reached, the heater stops automatically and the dryer continues with a cooling cycle.
If more drying capacity is needed, the cooling cycle can be skipped and it is possible to cool in other ways.
